Message	But we have sold hundreds of these without any of such complaints...........we have had some issues with the depth of the thread intially (when we first launched it couple months back) and we have fixed it now, we sent new knobs for free to the customers who had the issues installing them. Have to notified us about the issues with the knob? We would have sent you a new one......... Thanks for the comments though! Khalid.
